Who is FNLY Consulting for?
For owner-managed and mid-sized companies with roughly 5 to 250 employees that need to make or implement a decision on strategy, organization or workflows. The industry is secondary. What matters is that the leadership team takes part itself.
What does the consulting cost?
The initial call is free. The Business Assessment costs $3,900 net at a fixed price, workshops and project lead $1,350 net per day. All prices are on the Prices page.
Do I have to continue after the Business Assessment?
No. You receive a report with priorities and a 90-day plan that you can also implement yourself or with other partners. Whether you continue with us is your decision afterwards.
Is FNLY Consulting an IT consultancy?
No. We advise on strategy, organization and processes. Questions about IT operations, IT security or NIS2 are answered by our sister brand FNLY IT. Where a measure needs technology, FNLY IT can implement it, contracted separately.
Do you work on site or online?
We work remotely via Microsoft Teams by default, including the Business Assessment. On-site visits are possible by arrangement, travel is billed at cost and agreed in advance.
Are there grants for the consulting?
Public consulting grants exist for companies based in Germany. They do not apply to US businesses.
